The following terms and conditions govern the use of the 724 Sports.com Casino.

You ("the player") fully understand and agree to become a party to and shall abide by all rules, terms and conditions contained herein as the sole set of rules pertaining to the use of the 724 Sports.com Casino and that such rules, terms and conditions may change from time-to-time. The player shall be responsible for checking these terms and conditions regularly for any changes thereto.

As an active member of the Casino, he or she:

  1. Guarantees that all information provided to the casino is true and correct and acknowledges that, should it be discovered by the casino that any information provided by the member is false, the casino reserves the right to suspend the member’s account, including the payout of any cash-ins, until the true position with regard to the member’s identity is clarified.
  2. Accepts these terms and conditions as a binding agreement between the member and the casino, and furthermore agrees that such agreement shall be the sole agreement governing the member’s relationship with the casino to the exclusion of all the agreements, statements, and representations save for a written agreement between the parties specifically referring to these terms and conditions and the expansion/restriction thereof by such additional written agreement.
  3. Only one account per casino per household may be opened.
  4. The casino requires you to be 18 years of age or older at the time the casino account is opened. Failure to submit documentation upon request will result in the suspension of your account until age verification is received.
  5. If there are any irregularities or if there is a mismatch between the name and the address of the player, and the name and address associated with the credit card, or other mode of payment, used by such a player, all transactions conducted with such a Credit Card will be considered as invalid and avoidable in the sole discretion of Casino management.
  6. The member acknowledges that participation at the Casino amounts to gambling, which carries to risk of losing money and warrants that the member is aware of such risks and that the member’s participation at the Casino is entirely voluntary.
  7. By playing any game at the Casino, the member warrants that the member is familiar with the rules of such a game and acknowledges that the rules of each game are available through using the "Help" facility at the Casino.
  8. Members at the Casino must be over the legal age of majority, meaning that the member must be an adult with full contractual capacity or a "major” as that term is legally defined in the country in which the member is resident.
  9. The member shall not allow any third party including, without limitation, any minor (person under the age of majority stipulated in the clause immediately above), to play at the Casino using the member’s Casino account details. The member accepts full responsibility for the consequences of allowing such activity and, without derogating from the generality of any other indemnity contained herein, indemnifies and holds the Casino harmless in respect of any damages arising the same.
  10. The member acknowledges that it is the members sole responsibility to understand the applicable laws of jurisdiction pertaining to online gaming facilities in general, prior to making use of the Casino (both in terms of the country within which they are resident when playing at the Casino and in terms of any country's law to which they may be subject, notwithstanding that they are not physically present in such country when playing at the Casino). By making use of the casino, the member warrant's that the member understands the applicable laws pertaining to online gaming facilities and the players use thereof and that is entirely legal to make use of online gaming facilities in terms of thereof.
  11. The member shall hold the Casino, its shareholders, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners and agents harmless and shall fully indemnify the same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of the member’s:
    • Entry, use, or reuse of the Casino
    • Use of any materials at the Casino
    • Entry, use, or re-use of the Casino server
    • Participation in any game at the Casino
    • The acceptance of any payout/prize from the Casino; or breach of any warranty even in terms of this agreeme
  12. Member warrants that the member’s interest in the Casino is personal, and not professional. Members entering the Casino do so solely for their own personal entertainment and any other entrance, access, use, or re-use of the casino by the member is strictly prohibited.
  13. Play at Casino, as real or guest players, is intended for the use of Adults, for entertainment purposes only. The use of robotic, mechanical, electronic, or other devices to automatically make playing decisions in any game as a guest player or real player is strictly prohibited at the Casino. Use of such devices may, in the sole discretion of casino management, result in action including exclusion from play at the Casino, confiscation of funds up to an amount not exceeding net winnings, expulsion from all promotional offerings and placement of details of such activity and the participants on a casino industry database of "restricted players" accessed by other online Casinos.
  14. The member acknowledges that the Casino software, the "get-up" of the Casino and all material which may be visually or audibly presented to the member in the member’s use of the Casino is either the intellectual property (including, but not limited to, copyright, domain name rights and trademarks) of the casino or its licensor's and in this regard the member acknowledges that it has no rights whatsoever to use or lay claim to any intellectual property belonging to the Casino and/or its licensors.
